My name is Annabelle. I’m a holistic massage therapist based in Haarlem, where I offer a gentle and intuitive blend of bodywork, massage, yoga, and Reiki.
Through this integrative approach, I support you in reconnecting with the natural rhythm of your body, listening to its subtle language, and entering a state of deep relaxation. From this place of stillness, the body is invited to rest, recover, and begin its own healing process.


Holistic Massage
Long, gentle and rhythmic movements will help your body to fully relax and stimulate the release of the hormone oxytocin. This creates a deeply calming and healing experience.

Each session is intuitively tailored to your needs. Where tension or stagnation is present, I may incorporate deeper tissue techniques and gentle stretches to release blockages and restore the natural flow of energy. This creates more space and lightness in the body.
Reiki
During the massages, I incorporate the deeply soothing and healing energy of Reiki. This gentle, hands-on technique involves the subtle placement of hands on or just above the body, allowing universal life energy to flow where it is needed most. By tapping into this natural and intelligent energy, Reiki helps activate the body’s own self-healing capacity, bringing balance on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Through soft and mindful touch, tension is released, energy blockages can begin to dissolve, and the nervous system is gently guided into a state of deep rest and restoration. Each session offers a moment of stillness—an invitation for the body and mind to reconnect, recharge, and realign.


Yoga
In Hatha yoga, we focus on aligning the body through asanas (yoga poses), supported by breathwork and meditation. This practice helps to release energetic blockages, stimulate the flow of life force energy, and bring balance to the energy system. As a result, it fosters greater clarity, presence, and inner alignment.
Every Thursday, I teach a Hatha Flow class at the Innerwork Lab in Haarlem. In addition to teaching, I also weave the wisdom of yoga into my massage sessions. When your body asks for extra care, I’ll offer you simple, effective yoga stretches that you can easily practice at home to support your healing process.
